My name is Tatiana Filipčíková. I fell in love with the UAE from my very first visit, and since then I’ve known this is where I want to live and work.

I started as a real estate agent. I believed in the UAE market from the very beginning. Once I earned enough, I became an investor myself.

These personal experiences taught me things you won’t learn from presentations: what truly has growth potential, what only looks good on paper, and where the risks are that nobody talks about. My work doesn’t end after signing the contract. Most of my clients live abroad, and I become their extended hand for everything they need property management, communication with developers, and handling situations on the ground.

I know my clients personally. I know almost everything about them.

When I tell you a project has potential, it’s not a guess. It’s a conviction I’m willing to back with my own money. I became an investor in the UAE myself, and that experience taught me what truly grows in value and what only looks good on paper

Going directly to a developer? You lose more than you think.
Many people believe going directly to a developer is an advantage. It isn’t. You won’t get a better price, but you will lose full guidance, stronger negotiating terms and someone who knows where the hidden risks are. My network and relationships open doors that are closed to the average buyer.

I stay with you long after the contract is signed.
Most agents disappear the moment they receive their commission. I don’t. I help with property management, communication with developers, visas, company setup, bank accounts, wills, rentals and resales. Most of my clients live abroad, and I become their extended hand for everything they need.

I will tell you no when necessary.
It has happened more than once. A client wanted to buy something I didn’t truly believe in. I lost the commission because I was honest about it. For me, trust matters more than a single transaction.
